Support Groups

NAMI Four Seasons provides support, education, and advocacy for families and individuals in Henderson and Polk counties who have been effected by mental illness. All support groups are FREE.

While we do not offer therapy, medical, or legal advice, and cannot provide referrals to specific therapists, counselors, or doctors, we can direct you towards resources that provide these services. To reach our information line for resources please call (888) 955-NAMI(6264).

NAMI Four Seasons offers a place of nonjudgmental support for people facing similar issues. These groups are used to share information, experiences, resources, and coping skills. NAMI also offers free training and support for volunteers wishing to facilitate a support group. Please drop in for a meeting or call the contact person for more information.
